After nearly a year of using Flodesk, I feel it's time to share my feedback on this platform. The first thing that appealed to me was the clean look and visually appealing templates. I noticed many other options that appealed to my analytical brain when I dug in more.
The templates Flodesk offers are gorgeous. The templates are pretty customizable and have many different font options. To top it off, they are user-friendly and don't require a super tech-savvy person to figure out how to do just what you would like it to do.
The branding tab saves so much time and creates consistency. You can upload your logo, brand colors, website, address (you can turn this off on emails if you wish to hide your address) and link your social media account. When creating an email, you have instant access to all of these, so you don't have to dig for them each time.
The capability to create a drip campaign is a fascinating feature for me. If you're not familiar with drip campaigns, it is essentially an automated email sequence process based on what has happened and what you want to happen. You set the sequence up, and then it is entirely automatic whether one person uses it or 5000.
The analytics appear in a graphical and detailed fashion. You can see how many opened, bounced, unsubscribed, clicked, marked as spam, and if they opened it on a desktop or mobile phone.
