This work genuinely makes me happy — and that matters more than it sounds like it should, because it's the difference between an agency going through the motions and someone who's actually paying attention to your account.

I get random ideas for your website at 9pm. I'll test something new in your ad campaign because I think it could work — and I won't charge you extra for it, because that's just doing the job right. My brainstorming doesn't have an off switch. That's not a quirk. That's the feature.
I built an agency's Google Ads department up to 100 clients. Then I watched them do things I couldn't unsee — confusing reports designed to obscure, not inform. Clients paying thousands with no idea if it was working. Interns managing accounts while senior staff took the credit. I left. And I built the opposite.
KaeRae Marketing launched in 2017 on one promise: I will never give you advice that benefits me more than it benefits you.
