Hello, my name is Kelsey Flannery, the owner of KaeRae Marketing, helping businesses use Google tools to dominate their competition on Google. In this video, I will show you how to share access to your Google Analytics for an account with someone else.
Start by going to analytics.google.com and if you have more than one account, start by going to the account you'd like to share.
I will show you how to invite KaeRae Marketing or anyone else to a GA, for you will go to the bottom left corner and click Admin.
And under the first column, account access management, you can click the blue plus sign in the top right, add users, and type in the email address you'd like to invite.
Again, if you're working with Gary marketing, please invite both kaeraemarketing@gmail.com and kaeraemarketingMCC@gmail.com
If you're working with KaeRae Marketing, administrator access is suggested. This allows us to link all Google accounts together and ensure the full account optimization is done. If you're working with anyone else, you can go to the editor, which removes the ability to invite others. As you can see here, you cannot manage users. If you have any more questions, you can always click any of these blue learn more links to learn more from a Google article.
Once you've selected the role, You can then click Add, and you're done. Let us know if you have any questions.
