Now that your kickoff meeting is complete and your design questionnaire is in, the work begins. You'll hear from me within 7 days with your Starter Design — a mockup of your site before a single page gets built. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

SCHEDULED KICK-OFF MEETING & COMPLETED THE DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE

Your kickoff meeting and design questionnaire are done. The project is officially underway.

  • Confirm must-have pages and any special features

WEEK 1:

Within 7 Days

STARTER DESIGN DELIVERED
I build a visual mockup of your site — the layout, look, and feel — and send it to you for review. This is your chance to see the vision before anything gets developed.

  • Build your Starter Design mockup

  • Apply your brand, page structure, and visual direction

 

  • Review the mockup and share specific feedback

UNTIL IT'S RIGHT

Editing—Feedback—Revisions

DESIGN REFINED & APPROVED
We refine the Starter Design together until the layout and look are a true fit for your brand. We keep going until you're happy — then and only then do we move into the full build.

  • Apply your feedback and revise as needed

WEEKS 2-3:

Active Build

FULL DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

All pages are built out, populated with your content, and optimized for mobile. Weekly check-ins give you visibility and keep everything on track.

  • Develop all pages in Wix

  • Mobile optimization across every page

WEEK 4:

Almost There

FULL REVIEW, APPROVAL & ACTIVATION

The complete site is ready for your final review. Once you approve, it goes live — and all Google tools are set up and handed over to you at the moment of activation.

  • SEO strategy implemented across all pages

  • Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking configured

  • Google Search Console set up and site indexed

  • Google Business Profile optimized

  • All Google tool access shared with you

LAUNCH:

You Take the Wheel

HANDOFF & TRAINING

Full admin access is transferred to you. Your 1-on-1 Wix training session is scheduled. The site is live, it's yours, and you know exactly how to run it.

  • GA4 and Search Console access shared with you

  • Wix Training Video Library access provided

The faster you get page content to me, the faster we build. I'll flag exactly what I need and when throughout the project.

Revisions happen until it's right
